This policy explains what personal data the Dar Al Khodar mobile application (the “App”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Dar Al Khodar is a grocery ordering and delivery service. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at ounzarmohammed@gmail.com.

We do not collect GPS or precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or advertising identifiers. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
We do not use your personal data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can create your account. We request no other Google data and we have no access to your Google password. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), operated by Google LLC, which acts as our data processor. Data may be stored on Google servers outside your country of residence. Google applies contractual and technical safeguards for these transfers. See the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with Google Firebase as described above, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records may be retained for up to five years where accounting or tax law requires it. When you delete your account, your profile is removed and remaining order records are anonymised.
To delete your account and associated data, send an email from the address registered on your account to ounzarmohammed@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. Deleted data includes your name, email, phone number, address and profile photo. Order records required for legal record-keeping are anonymised rather than erased.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can edit most of your details directly in the App under your profile, or contact us at ounzarmohammed@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored in Firebase with access rules that restrict each account to its own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be communicated in the App.
